Angela (CFO) & David Key (CEO)

Angela & David are the owners and Founders of A&D Carpets & Hardwoods. Angela and David enjoy all aspects of their Flooring Business and watching their family continue the Tradition of Excellence they have strived to achieve since 1977. They are actively involved in the community, always looking for ways to give back to the area. In their spare time, they enjoy visiting with family. They are actively travelling the country and will play a round of Golf when they can.

Becky is from Augusta, GA and has been with A&D Carpets & Hardwoods for over 25 years. Becky has been married for 32 years, enjoys spending time with her 3 wonderful sons and 4 very enthusiastic grandchildren. When not at the office, Becky enjoys selling Real Estate, remodeling homes and Interior Design. Becky never backs down from any of the challenges that might arise at A&D Carpets and Hardwoods. She loves to facilitate the growth and development of the team.

Davina Key-Strickland

Sales Manager, Marketing & Advertising Director

Davina has been serving customers and the company for over 20 years. She has 3 children and a grandbaby on the way. Her favorite part of the job is making customers happy. She will take a look at a customer’s space as a blank slate, then turn it into a dream space incorporating the customers’ vision. When away from the office, you can find Davina spending time at home with her family. She is always keeping up with styles and trends and routinely posts her latest fashion finds on social media.

Ashley Danielle Cain

Assistant Sales Manager, Certified Flooring Consultant

Ashley is from Augusta, GA and has been a valuable part of A&D Carpets & Hardwoods for over 18 years now. She is a proud wife and has 4 children, plus 2 fur babies! She enjoys most being able to help everyone she can with their flooring needs, choices and budgets. She absolutely loves her customers and the relationships she has built with them over her tenure at A&D Carpets & Hardwoods. When not at work, you’ll find her gardening and spending time outdoors with her family.

Amanda Frazier

Sales Consultant

Let us proudly introduce you to an amazing new member of our sales team. Amanda comes to us from Solvang, CA where she grew up with her parents and two older sisters. She has been with A&D Carpets & Hardwoods for over a year now. Of all her duties here at A&D Carpets & Hardwoods, her favorite is working with clients to transform their visions, start to finish, into reality in any given room in their home. She makes sure the homeowner gets the best quality flooring and that every need is met. Amanda is a proud Aunt to 2 nieces and 3 nephews. She bakes sweets that will make her friends and family think they’ve gone to heaven. When away from work, Amanda enjoys listening to live music and watching stand-up comedy.

Kayla Harllee

Sales Consultant

Kayla has been doing a fantastic job serving A&D Carpets & Hardwoods customers for over 2 years. She comes to us from the Carolina side of the river and now is a homeowner in North Augusta. She likes to visit new places, both domestic and international destinations. She loves doing puzzles, which can be a challenge when her cats Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan and Wilson steal the puzzle pieces. She loves baking and has recently taken up making dog treats for her new puppy, Reux. Kayla likes to learn new things in and out of the office. Although she enjoys having an answer for her customers, she’s not shy about saying “I’m not sure, but I’ll find out for you!” Kayla has a huge smile on her face every day and strives to be as optimistic as possible. She continually does her best to make each day a little better than the previous one.

Joseph Stocum

Director of Installations

Joseph has a Wife and 3 great kids. He is an expert Installer and comes to us from North Augusta. He has been with A&D Carpets & Hardwoods for over 22 years. When not at work, Joseph enjoys Golf and College Football. His favorite part of his job is meeting new people and getting to see and work in some of the most beautiful homes in all of Georgia.

Rhyman Lyons

Rhyman comes to us from North Augusta, SC and has been with the company for over 14 years. He is an expert installer and customers love his work. Rhyman is married and has 3 beautiful girls. The favorite part of his job is seeing the customer’s reaction to the installation and completed job. He loves knowing he can affect their living conditions and quality of life. When away from work, Rhyman loves to spend time with his family. He is a huge fan of Georgia football, fishing and he can build just about anything.

Evan Strang

Evan is an expert installer from Harlem, GA and has been with A&D Carpets & Hardwood for over 6 years. Evan has been married for 6 years. He enjoys travelling and shooting sports (he doesn’t miss). He loves the people he works with, the customers he serves, and making a nice living in the process.

Marty Jay Ferrando

Marty is from Thomson, GA, has been serving customers with A&D Carpets & Hardwoods for 11 years and has over 20 years of very valuable experience in the flooring industry. He is a husband of over 20 years and a father to 6 beautiful girls. There’s just no quit in Marty! He loves seeing the transformation of a client’s home from old to (spectacularly) new. When not at work, Marty enjoys just about all sports. He is a Master of his own grill, he enjoys remodeling and renovating homes and any activity that involves him being with his family.

Paul Megeaski

Installer, CFI

Paul is from Hephzibah, GA and has been doing an excellent job as one of our installers for over 3 years now. He and his wife have a blended family of 5. Paul is a busy man! Paul takes pride in the look of the finished job and he loves to see the Wow Factor in customers’ faces when they first see their room transformed into the home of their dreams. When not at work, Paul enjoys working on cars and weight training.

Costner Palmer

Installer

Costner originally hails from Augusta, GA and is one of the most enthusiastic members of our staff. He has been with us a little over 6 months and he loves his job, the company and the customers he serves. He is married to his wife Starla and when not at work, he enjoys motorcycles, taking things apart, repainting, and working with his hands.

Jacob Quinn Danner

Installer

Jacob is originally from Augusta, GA and has been doing outstanding work for the company for almost a year and a half. He has a lovely girlfriend and 2 cats. He loves doing quality work and seeing satisfied customers beam at their new floors. He is into music big time. He plays instruments and will give you a run for your money at any video game you choose.
